Social Media is kind of a buzzword right now. Everybody’s talking about, but most people don’t really know what’s behind this cool term. It is not only setting up a Facebook Fanpage oder a Twitter Account.
It’s more. It’s about how to act, to react and how to enable users & staff within each community. So if you are interested in real social media communication, then I would be more than happy to help guiding you the way. If you want to give me a lot of money just for setting up a facebook page, that’s fine too. But usually I prefer real social media communication.
